Yes. Lakewood estates is an in-demand neighborhood that really rose in value over the last 6 months even compared to the rest of the city. This is due to the proximity to downtown, the country club, the larger lot sizes, and the larger square footage to be found there.
I’ve sold a few homes there over the years and there’s something interesting about most homes there.
The fact that you’ve been able to drive by 5 times and see inside twice tells me something is up though. Either it’s priced too high, there’s some issue or maybe it’s one of the iBuyers. Anything in that neighborhood lasting more than a few days needs careful evaluation.
