I made a house purchase from out-of-state, and this is something I was only able to do because Kyle is someone reliable and trustworthy who has his client’s best interest in mind.
He provided his expertise and gave guidance, never pressuring me into making a purchase and always making sure I had the information needed to avoid a bad purchase.
For example, there was a house we browsed quite early on that my family and I really liked, and I would have made an offer right then if Kyle didn’t point out that the backyard has a drainage easement and that I would not be able to do the gardening work I wanted.
As I wasn’t able to browse the houses in person for most of that time period, Kyle filmed the houses and provided helpful commentaries, pointing out not just the good but also the bad points. This setup was quite nice. He was quite thorough, so I never felt like I was missing out on anything. And I could revisit a recording multiple times, refreshing my memory or impression of a house.

I’ve worked with realtors in the past but I have to say, Kyle Sasser, is by far the best. When we first consulted with Kyle about selling our house, he walked us through what improvements we would need to do in order to sell it for top dollar, as well as, areas of concern that we shouldn’t put too much time and money into. Once we were ready to sell, he did extensive research to determine the best list price for our home. He laid down the marketing plan in order to get the offers we were looking for. He walked us through every step of the way, what happens before and after we list and possible hiccups that could come up. Kyle even predicted that our house would most likely sell for over the asking price and within the first week. He is very detailed and knows the good and bad about the market. I would definitely work with Kyle again and I highly recommend him for your buying and selling needs. He loves his job and he knows his stuff.
