I made a house purchase from out-of-state, and this is something I was only able to do because Kyle is someone reliable and trustworthy who has his client’s best interest in mind.
He provided his expertise and gave guidance, never pressuring me into making a purchase and always making sure I had the information needed to avoid a bad purchase.
For example, there was a house we browsed quite early on that my family and I really liked, and I would have made an offer right then if Kyle didn’t point out that the backyard has a drainage easement and that I would not be able to do the gardening work I wanted.
As I wasn’t able to browse the houses in person for most of that time period, Kyle filmed the houses and provided helpful commentaries, pointing out not just the good but also the bad points.
