The Way Real Estate Should Be

Our Communication

We answer the phone, respond to texts, and answer emails. Many are surprised when they call and an actual live person answers! Many consider this exceptional we call it the bare minimum.

Vs

Common Agent

Not answering calls, no response, sometimes for days at a time. Gets annoyed annoyed when you call after hours no matter how important or not the question is.

Truth

We don't hide or ignore things. We see a problem (or an opportunity) we point it out.
Sometimes it's not what you want to hear, but it is what you need to hear to make your best decision.

Vs

Common Agent

Covers up, ignores, or downplays issues. Unironically says "Just needs some TLC" on a home that obviously needs a $80,000 rehab. This is so common it's a stereotype.

Opportunity

We are always seeking ways to negotiate and save you money when buying or realize more money when selling. It's a little more work but the rewards can be substantial!

Vs

Common Agent

Most Sales Training is Overcoming Objections.... with YOU, the client! Ex: Convincing you to go with a lower asking price, to not ask for repairs, and don't risk the deal.

Directness

Being Direct means speaking up on the points that matter in a straightforward and clear manner. There is a lot to know when buying or selling home, and direct communition is best.

Vs

Common Agent

Most agents are vague on details primarily because they themselves don't know. Or even worse, they downplay or don't mention potential problems.

Tech

Tech should serve to further each of these values. It is a tool to reinforce these values, not be a substitute or a replacement. Tech that does not serve is useless.

Vs

Common Agent

Chasing "the next big thing", whether it is crypto, blockchain, or most recently ChatGPT. Uses tech to mass blast, not serve.

Human

Everyone should be treated as an individual that matters. Buying or selling a home is one of the most personal experiences possible and everyone deserves that respect.

Vs

Common Agent

Most agents believe "Don't Waste Time on Tire Kickers, Losers, or people not immediately making a buying or selling decision"

Professional

We seek to be masters of all 5 components of professionalism: Competense and skill, Communication, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Ethics, and Humanness.

Vs

Common Agent

Did you know that Agents are not actually required to learn the contract? State requirements are only about legal pitfalls, and most brokerages also don't mandate agent training.

Improvement

We are constantly asking both ourselves and clients, "What can we do better for our clients?" We seek to contantsly improve our business to better serve you.

Vs

Common Agent

Finds their comfort zone and then stays in it for decades. Avoids changing their routing or investigating new tools and ideas that helps buy or sell a home more effectively.

Effectiveness

You don't want this process to take forever, you want a well oiled machine that produces results. That's why we are direct and proactive with relevant information, taking all steps necessary.

Vs

Common Agent

A result of the negative attributes and habits. How can you effectively sell a home if you don't answer calls from other agents? How can you help someone buy a home if don't have time to take them on a tour after work?

Ethical

When you choose us to help you with your home, you are placing an exceptional amount of trust in us. Exceptional Ethics are our guiding principal to protect that trust.

Vs

Common Agent

View ethics as a class they have to take every few years but other than that gets in the way of deals and commissions. Ignores ethics if and divulges too much information 'to close the deal'.

Trust

Trust is the foundation of our relationship with you. It is impossible to move forward if there is no trust. For that reason, our absolute rule is to NEVER do anything to risk your trust

Vs

Common Agent

Unfortunately the process of a real estate transaction is so complex that there are numerous ways to for an agent to break a client's trust and never be caught or found out. Even worse, many times they believe they broke trust to help you.

Integrity

The implementation of all of these factors over time is integrity. Anyone can do something once. To apply principles over time demonstrates integrity.

Vs

Common Agent

Does the right thing once or twice, sometimes accidentally, then proceeds to go back to unethical practices or cutting corners in the name of expediency.
