Read A Book To A Dog

Kids can privately read a book to a nonjudgemental pup in to boost their reading out loud skills.

Home Delivery

Follow along craft projects and supplies for kids!

Kid Crafts

Beginning summer 2020, the library is launching a pilot project for home delivery of library materials to people who can’t get to the library.

Bookmobile

The Bookmobile brings library services to underserved populations and areas of Largo.

Geneaology

Largo Public Library has been designated as the center for genealogical research for the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative.

Language Courses

English classes and tutors for children and adults.

Electronic Books and Audio

Feel turning a page is passé? The library also offers ebooks and audiobooks you can download straight to your mobile device!

Printing Services

In addition to printing from a library computer, you can print directly from your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or home computer.

3D Printing

Create models, spare parts, and more with a 3D printer. Use sites such as Thingiverse to find digital object files and request a 3D print

Technology Training

Attend classes to learn new technologies and projects such as virtual reality, augmented reality, molecular gastronomy, LEDs, artificial intelligence and products from scratch

Find yourself without a laptop and need to some online research? The Largo Library has you covered.

How It Works

You can help raise funds by following the simple steps below....

  • Step 1: Raise Your Hand

    If you'd like to contribute to the Largo Library's mission, simply raise your hand. The easiest way is to complete the form at the top of the page, but you can also call or text me at 727-300-2111.

  • Step 2: Deliver Item

    We will need to item to take photos and write a nice description (and mention you or your company if you want) for our online auction platform. If you want to drop the item off you can, and if you need the item picked up we can facillitate that as well.

  • Step 3: Auction

    In November we will be holding our annual online charity auction, where you donated item will be advertised and marketed online and finally sold, with all proceeds being donated to the Largo LIbrary Foundation.
